How does Resident Market Place work?
We secure the rights to post local businesses on your site, as well as other property websites in your market. We build a custom page designed around your apartment website design to feature your local businesses. We approach the businesses in your area that represent the services your residents are interested in. We then post information and links to these businesses to your property website. There is a small one-time production fee of $500 charged to the property and a monthly charge of $30 to maintain the content and business contacts for you.
